Today, our company has become the market leader in the production and marketing of Lloyd Loom furniture. In addition, we offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor furniture crafted from various materials. Our headquarters are located in Spiere-Helkijn, Belgium, and we operate our own production facility in Indonesia. For our logistics department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Logistics Assistant.

Job Description

As a Junior Logistics Assistant, you play a crucial role in our logistics team, ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly while supporting your colleague in daily activities.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily operational logistics processes and directing warehouse staff for shipments.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks.

  • Managing logistics documents and transport orders.

  • Tracking deliveries and transports and identifying any potential delays or issues.

  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments such as production, purchasing, and sales.

  • Contributing to the improvement of daily logistics processes.

Profile

  • You work meticulously and can handle deadlines well.

  • You are proactive, stress-resistant, and enjoy working in a team.

  • Experience in a logistics role is a plus but not required.

  • You are a strong communicator in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • You have an affinity for logistics software (Microsoft Business Central) and are proficient with Microsoft Office.
