Since 1992, Vincent Sheppard has been designing and manufacturing high-quality indoor and outdoor furniture, becoming the global leader in Lloyd Loom furniture. With headquarters in Belgium and a production facility in Indonesia, our brand exports its products to over 80 countries. We combine craftsmanship, quality, and durability in every design. To support our continued growth, we are looking for interns for the following departments: Marketing & Communication, Sales, and Product Development.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your interests and studies, you can apply for an internship in one of the following departments:

Marketing & Communication:

  • Managing our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Assisting in the creation of content for our website and newsletters

  • Contributing to the development of promotional materials (online & offline)

  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and reporting results

  • Assisting with the organization of events and trade shows

Sales:

  • Supporting the sales team with customer contact and follow-up

  • Preparing offers and commercial proposals

  • Assisting in managing customer files and processing orders

  • Analyzing market and sales data to identify business opportunities

  • Contributing ideas to strategies for attracting new clients

Product Development:

  • Assisting in the product development process, from concept to production

  • Researching new materials, techniques, and trends in the furniture industry

  • Contributing to the design of prototypes and supporting the testing phases

  • Collaborating with suppliers and production partners to ensure product quality

  • Documenting and presenting new product ideas and developments

Your Profile

  • You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Product Development, or a related field

  • You have a strong interest in interior design and/or the furniture industry

  • For Marketing & Communication: Affinity with social media and digital communication

  • For Sales: A commercial mindset and a client-oriented approach

  • For Product Development: A passion for design and innovation

  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and structured

  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English

  • Knowledge of graphic design programs or sales tools is a plus, depending on the department
