Light up your garden

Add a glow to your outdoor area with our lanterns. Follow our guidelines for care, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure lasting performance of your solar LED module.

General care tips for your LED module

  • Keep dry when possible

While the module is IP65-rated and can handle light rain, it's best to:

    • Avoid continuous exposure to heavy rain.

    • Store the module indoors during the winter.

    • Never immerse the module in water or place it in a pool.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures

Keep away from heat sources or open flames. Always ensure the charger seal is properly closed during outdoor use.

  • Proper cleaning

Clean the module using a soft cloth. Avoid submerging the unit in water.

If the matt top layer peels off, you can remove it with thinner:

    • Apply a bit of thinner to a dry cloth.

    • Rub gently to remove the layer completely and reveal the shiny base.

Light modes

  • Standard mode

    • Press the button once to turn the light ON or OFF.

  • Automatic mode

    • Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the light blinks twice.

    • The light will automatically turn ON at low light levels (below 50/100 lux).

To deactivate: press and hold again for 3 seconds until it blinks once.

Charging and battery guidelines

  • Charging options

    • Solar charging: ~10 hours in full sunlight.

    • Electrical charging: ~5 hours using the supplied adapter only.

  • Indicator light: Blue or green light flashing = charging.

  • Battery life

    • 3–5 years typical lifespan.

    • Replaceable (note: self-replacement voids warranty).

    • Recycle old batteries responsibly.

Troubleshooting

If your module is not lighting up, you can try the following steps:

  • Step 1: Charge with the supplied adapter for 1 hour.

  • Step 2: Look for a flashing light (blue or green) during charging.

  • Step 3: Remove charger and press ON/OFF.

If your module remains on, it is likely in automatic mode: press ON/OFF button for 4 seconds to switch to manual.

Damage and Warranty

  • Warranty period: 2 years

  • Typical warranty coverage:

    • Productive defects (e.g. cracks due to pressure, edge separation)

    • Internal failures not caused by misuse

  • Not covered:

    • Damage from continuous rain, dropping, or using incorrect chargers

    • Visible cracks or dents from impact

    • Improper storage or exposure

  • Return for analysis if:

    • Water inside the module

    • No visible user error, but functionality is compromised
